An architecture practice with QG-IA
Here is the workspace prepared for a fictitious architecture practice, Atelier Lumen. For your business, we tune the assistants to your own tasks.
The assistants
The practice's five assistants
Each one knows its task, the project documents and the practice's rules.
Design
Brief, PDF plans, meeting minutes, sketches and schematic 3D models. Sketches and massing studies are not binding and must be checked by the architect.
Planning
Permits, regulations, application documents, with sources and points to check. Any regulatory conclusion remains the responsible architect's.
Estimates
Quantities, estimates, bid comparison, fees. Using your practice's prices only. No invented prices.
Correspondence
Client emails, administrative letters, reminders, translations. Nothing goes out without review.
Visuals
Mood and concept images from a description, a photo or a sketch. Not binding.
Also included
Open access to the models enabled for the team (for example Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini or Mistral), each named for what it does best.
A telling example · architecture practice
The AI spots discrepancies between your documents.
A colleague adds the structural engineer's note to the project. Another asks to cross-check it against the survey.
The assistant does not decide. It cites each document, separates findings from inferences, and drafts the email to the engineer.
- Opening width
- ≈ 3.00 m / 3.60 m
- Ceiling height
- 2.75 m / 2.62 m
- Joist span
- matches no room
- "Party-wall side" bearing
- inconsistent with the plan

Examples from the demo
What the AI produces
Demonstration, fictitious firm. Sketches and massing studies are not binding and must be checked by the architect.
For the managing partner
A dashboard, updated every night
- Monthly spending and budget
- By assistant and by project
- Documents per knowledge base
- Service and backup status
For the manager only. No conversation content appears. Per-person figures only if the practice chooses.
The limits
What the AI does not do for you
- No decisions on your behalf. Legal, regulatory or technical conclusions remain those of the responsible professional.
- No invented prices. Only your own prices.
- No dimensioned drawings or BIM. For architects: construction drawings stay in Archicad, Revit or SketchUp.
- Nothing sent on your behalf. Nothing goes out without review.
