Conversations are shared only inside a project folder. Admin screens give no access to them.

Daily copy off the server, at OVH. Restore tested.

Spending is tracked without the content of conversations.
Well-known open-source software
Built on Open WebUI and LiteLLM, installed and managed for you by QG-IA.
Good to know: questions are processed by the providers of the models used (for example Anthropic, OpenAI, Google or Mistral), outside the server.
Who can see what
Everyone sees what they need to see
Plainly, with no impossible promises.

Brief, surveys, minutes, engineers' notes. Added by a lead, queried by the whole team.

Conversations outside a folder stay private.
The rule: whatever you put in the project folder, the team can see.

The limits
What the AI does not do for you
- No decisions on your behalf. Legal, regulatory or technical conclusions remain those of the responsible professional.
- No invented prices. Only your own prices.
- No dimensioned drawings or BIM. For architects: construction drawings stay in Archicad, Revit or SketchUp.
- Nothing sent on your behalf. Nothing goes out without review.
