What we collect

• Demo request: first name, email, your message and, if you provide them, your practice and phone number.
• "Assess my needs": your answers, first name, email and, if you provide them, your last name, phone, company, role and contact preference.

The site also records the date of each request.

Why, and on what basis

To understand your request, prepare a first conversation and reply to you. Legal basis: pre-contractual steps taken at your request.

Summary prepared with an AI tool

For "Assess my needs", a summary of your answers is written automatically using an artificial intelligence service (OpenAI). It is used only to prepare our conversation: it is neither a decision nor a quotation, and it is not sent to you.

• Only your answers are sent. Your name, email, phone and company are not, and are masked if they appear in your answers.
• Demo requests are not analysed by AI.

Service providers

Website hosting and database: Cloudflare. Notification email: Resend. Summary: OpenAI. Some of these providers may process data outside the European Union, under their contractual safeguards.

Retention

Requests are deleted automatically after 12 months. Technical fingerprints used to limit abusive submissions are deleted after 24 hours. IP addresses are never stored in clear.

Audience measurement

Without cookies or personal data, the site counts how many assessments are started and completed each day. No cookies are set.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, restrict or object to its use, or receive it in a common format. Write to hello@frederickgraulich.com; we reply within one month.

You can also lodge a complaint with the Belgian Data Protection Authority: dataprotectionauthority.be.
